TAD Preschool is an English-medium early childhood education institution for international students whose foundations stem from the experience and philosophy the Turkish-American Association has gained since 1951 to this date and transferred to early childhood education. In accordance with the Turkish-American Association’s Strategy Plan, the planning and preparation of TAD preschool was initiated in 2012 and the actual opening of the first preschool was in 2014. It has an educational program developed by a committee consisting of academics. TAD Preschool began opening new schools after successfully completing its pilot schemes in two schools located in Ankara and Istanbul. Today, TAD Preschool raises the successful individuals of the 21st century through its schools located in various cities throughout Turkey.
An Academic Approach to Teacher and Student Relations
In TAD Preschools, certain behavioral patterns have been determined in order to establish a healthy bond between teacher and student. The healthiest bond is that established between parents and children. Bonds outside the family members must be limited.
Every year TAD students continue with a different teacher. Our students continue with the new teacher after completing the orientation process at the school. Children find it easier to adapt to changes and are accustomed to the teaching methods of different teachers.

TAD Preschool Mavişehir is a franchansee of TAD Preschool Ankara which is founded by ÜçNesil Eğitim A.Ş. Although each teacher and instructor working with TAD Preschool is a field-professional, the teaching team of TAD Preschool attends Pre-Service and In-Service Teacher Training programs on a regular basis in order to encourage lifelong learning and follow modern developments in teaching as well as improve the teaching methodologies. These trainings are conducted by academics (TAA central) that specialize in certain fields and are all conducted on a hands on practice basis.
We have 7 groups which are accompanied by leader techers (who are English teaching professional) and child development professionals. 15 children are the maximum number of groups that are in the same age gruop build up at the begining of the year. In Family Counseling Service we have one psychologist. We have one cook and three people in hygiene team. Management team is always ready to support parents when needed with three members.
Our founder, Bahar Yamaner has 10 years of experience in project management in R&D teams as an Bioengineer before she started preschool facility. She worked with R&D teams in Health and Drug Development, Universites and Technology Transfer Regions.

Ankara Başkent Üniversitesi Okul Öncesi Öğretmenliği Bölümü mezunudur. Çalışma hayatına halkla ilişkiler alanında başlayarak sonrasında okul öncesi alanda hem öğretmenlik ve hem de idarecilik yaparak devam etmiştir. Kolej ve özel anaokulu tecrübelerini İstanbul ve İzmir'de farklı kurumlarda kazanmıştır, İdarecilik yaparken de ilgi alanı olan Rehberlik alanında da aktif kalarak özellikle oryantasyon süreçlerinde çocuklara ve ailelere bizzat destek olmaktadır.

2009 yılında Ege Üniversitesi psikoloji bölümünden mezun olmuştur. 2010 yılında Berlin'deki Free University'de "European Master in Intercultural Education" programından mezun olmuştur. Lisans ve yüksek lisans eğitimi süresince üniversite hastanesinde, bir şirketin insan kaynakları departmanında, özel eğitim merkezinde, Berlinde Türk kökenli öğrenci ve aileleriyle çalışılan okul psikolojisi danışmanlık merkezinde (Kreuzberg Schulpsychologishes Beratungszentrum) staj yapmıştır. 2014 yılında Ege Üniversitesi'nde psikolojik danışmanlık alanında yüksek lisansını tamamlamıştır. Kadın danışma merkezlerinde psikolojik danışmanlık hizmeti, özel eğitim merkezinde aile görüşmelerini yürütmüştür, özel okullarda ve anaokullarında psikolog olarak çalışmıştır. 2019 yılında TAD Preschool Mavişehir, Anaokul'u bünyesinde anaokulu psikoloğu olarak okulumuz çocukları ve ailelerine destek olmaktadır.
Pedagog Burcu Ceylan, 2012 yılında Amsterdam Üniversitesinden aile danışmanlığı ile ilgili uzmanlığı ile Pedagoji bölümünden mezun olmuştur ve halen Ege Üniversitesi Okul Öncesi Eğitimi bölümünde yüksek lisans eğitimini tamamlamıştır. Bağımlılar kliniğinde aile danışmanı, kreş ve anaokullarında öğretmen ve eğitim danışmanı olarak ve çocuk yuvasında sosyal hizmet uzmanı olarak ulusal ve uluslarası kuruluşlarda görev yapmıştır.
